Fingers Crossed - Our Future Home

Last week Bethany and I spent the week in Maryland house hunting. Happy to say we found a home that we were both very comfortable with. We made and offer last Friday and the seller had accepted our offer and signed the contract by early Sunday. Now we await the banks final approval for the short sale. Please cross your fingers that it will all come through quickly.  Our family needs to be together.

The home is in a newer development and is in a very reputable school district. It is also well located; close to town and convenient to my work and the hospital for Bethany.

It is a split foyer with the front entrance leading either upstairs to the kitchen and living room or down to the family room. It has three bedrooms upstairs and one down. It is very clean and nice on the inside.

The back yard is cute with several trees and a deck. We took the picture from the Elementary School parking lot; the girls can literally step out the back door and go to school. The pictures of the school and the playground are for Strawberry and Apple's sake.

And to make you all jealous, this what Maryland looks like come the beginning of spring....
